Fortunately, many of us received an education, but even if knowledge can be found on books, many prefer to have a teacher. This because mentors can summarize the content, explain it tapping on local culture to create examples with references students are more familiar with or relate to other subjects.
Unfortunately, many people don’t have schools or have teachers in the nearby, so they can’t learn properly.
There are also worse situations, like extreme poverty (that cause constant anxiety or insufficient nutrition to be focused on studying), discriminations or health.
That’s why together we can become virtual tutors that give hints or answer questions of students that can’t have an educational support.
We’re developing a mentorship system, with validation scheme and burden divider like Google Crowdsource app.
We’re also partnering with the international NGO Education Without Barriers.
